Given that there is no other place to provide feedback, or get through the unbelievably dense virtual agent to speak with someone who cares, I’m posting this here after well over an hour of frustration attempting to do basic tasks:
* Update billing address (website bug prevents doing so)
* Update security system PIN (took serveral minutes to find the correct support article)
* Unlink multiple unused business accounts from MyTELUS (I sure didn’t link them)
* Cancel unused services
In total, I had to file 4 support requests to get what I wanted to get done, and it will likely be days before these tasks are even complete. Would it kill you to spend some money on Customer Service and making a somewhat comprehensible website that works as per the documentation?
