Hello all
I am Telus customer from quite a while and got Telus services at my business as well. internet, mobility, security and business connect. all 4 services. recently contract got over for internet and I contact sales. every person in sales team had different offers. one guy names Brian offer me really good deal and discounts but he transfer call to loyalty department for further offers and close that case on dec 16. after that no one else honour that offer to me. all team mates can see notes but they said we cannot do this offer. what would that be. its so frustrating. I called few times and ask Telus reps and they said we send email to Brian and he will contact back but no call back. anyone had this before when someone offers and don't honour?

Hey I have the same problem with different promotion but same thing. Offer me a great deal since may last year and up to date they never honor the deal they offered me. It looks like Telus became a dinosaur so big, then they don’t even pay attention to customers anymore. -Or may be never did- they want to get your business and after you sign, they forget about you. Other choices? Noting better can get with competitors. It looks like a never ending loop.

Two days ago I thanked a nice lady for calling with offers that would save me money, but I do not agree to to do this over the phone.
I do log into my account on a regular basis to see what offers are available and gave myself a $30 savings on my cell package which also included more data.
Never again will a phone call or knock on door promo be considered since I was screwed on a great deal. What is said without your signature is NOT what you get. Be aware.
