Telus Customer service misguiding and offering fake offers
Hello all I am Telus customer from quite a while and got Telus services at my business as well. internet, mobility, security and business connect. all 4 services. recently contract got over for internet and I contact sales. every person in sales team had different offers. one guy names Brian offer me really good deal and discounts but he transfer call to loyalty department for further offers and close that case on dec 16. after that no one else honour that offer to me. all team mates can see notes but they said we cannot do this offer. what would that be. its so frustrating. I called few times and ask Telus reps and they said we send email to Brian and he will contact back but no call back. anyone had this before when someone offers and don't honour?988Views0likes2Comments
