OFFER NEVER HONORED
Hi there, probably some of you, have received the same offer than me last year. But, up today I cannot resolve this situation, at least 3 agents took my case but nobody answered with a convincing solution, Up today nobody fix this Not Honored Offer. I am here feeling myself so stupid and abused by this company; after all this time all I feel is frustration and deception for this company. I remember the negotiation over the phone “Don't worry Sr. We are improving our support department, reducing wait times at minimum” “We are partner in business, we will take care of you” “give us the chance to serve you”. Hey I have the same problem with different promotion but same thing. Offer me a great deal since may last year and up to date they never honor the deal they offered me. It looks like Telus became a dinosaur so big, then they don’t even pay attention to customers anymore. -Or may be never did- they want to get your business and after you sign, they forget about you.
