I do not recommend doing business with Telus Business sales specialist Rondel Haya. He is an unethical and misleading salesperson. I opened a new business account with this guy and got four new “temporary” numbers from him with condition that I would be able to transfer four personal numbers to business account and replace the “temporary” numbers. Not possible according to Telus Business customer service. Now, I am paying for eight numbers instead of four. Not to mention they want to charge me $50 transfer fee per number (total of $200). They have been unable resolve the issue for two weeks now, including supervisor John Royce Mateo who is not responding to my request to look into this.
Telus Business account has been an instant regret.
