We have a TBO case which requested 3 month ago, The case is still pending. I aftaid Telus will cut off the services after no payment for 3 months. I have tried everything I could do, telephone support, online request, even through our business account manager, nothing helped. Please help me to find someone at Telus to get our case completed. Thanks.
