July 2025 home phone and TV rate increase

Hello, I noticed my July bill has increased. When I checked the June bill, there is small print said " If you are currently in a 2- year service agreement, the new regular monthly price will not apply until the first bill after your term expires". My service agreement won't expire until October this year, please explain why I've been charged for the new rate.

      Hello, please tell me step by step how to access PM messages. I logged into my account and clicked the Telus support, but I could not find any PM message or email.

      Or can you just reply to this email and let me know the answer for my question?

    If you're still within a service agreement, the reason may be due to a possible price increase in your services, any of which would've been stated in the billing notes leading up to when it occurred. This is of course if no changes were made to the services. Let us know if you'd like us to investigate your billing and we can send you a private message to discuss further!

      Hi, there has been absolutely no change in my service at all during this 2 years agreement. Please investigate my billing and let me know the result.
