5 months agoIf you're still within a service agreement, the reason may be due to a possible price increase in your services, any of which would've been stated in the billing notes leading up to when it occurred. This is of course if no changes were made to the services. Let us know if you'd like us to investigate your billing and we can send you a private message to discuss further!

Hello, it has been more than 12 days, I've not received any private message from you. What account info. that are you gathering, and when are you going to give me the answer? My August bill will be coming soon, I would appreciate that the issue can be solved as soon as possible.
