I can't redeem any telus rewards
I have been trying for months to redeem different types of rewards and always get the same message
Due to a recent update in your contact information you are temporarily unable to redeem this item.
I've never changed anything and can't figure out what to do

I have tried using mine numerous times and they simply reject the payment method. So frustrating as it was simple when they gave out Amazon cards to use . Now I feel ripped off...I would be happy to simply use this credit to pay off my next mobility bill.

If you're referring to using the TELUS Virtual Prepaid MasterCards, have you tried using the 'One-Time Payment' option within My TELUS? You can try logging in, going to Billing and then Make a Payment. Select Credit Card, and enter the card details.

Have the same problem, been trying for months! Have enough points but cant redeem.

TimLight Can you try clearing the cookies and cache from your browser then try again? This could be due to an stale token.
