MOBILITY INCREASE
Dear Telus
Please tell us how you don't want to keep loyal customers. You continuously increase fees. New customers get such great deals yet long term customers get the increase. $5 this month. What next month? No additional benefits. No representatives available to speak with.
Guess it's time to say so long. I'll be looking for better deals with different servers.

I recently got a new contract for less by asking nicely. Best rates are reserved for long term loyal customers is my experience.

This matter cannot be solved when virtually too bad so sad is attitude. 2 mobility lines. Family plan from day 1. Now one line increased $5. The basis is increases happen. So glad no contract. As chances we're gone. And when home services contract up same. And then home security. Your loss. Mind you. Telus does not care!
