Without notice increased my bill to $160 post 2 year contract
Hey everyone, As the tittle suggest, after 2 years of always paying on time etc etc, no notice, no nothing direct $160 bill. I am so disappointed in this company. I am filling a CCTS complain...

23 days agoHi farhan23 - As Rocky3 mentioned, this sounds like your discounts ended after a two-year service agreement.
If you load up your My TELUS account, you will see your discounts show up like this on the billing section:

If you load up your full bill, they will show up like this:

We notify you of when the discounts start and when they end for your convenience.
We can do our best to assist you in renewing your service agreement if you're open to that
