Renewal of 2 year agreement
My agreed price is increased by each representative when I call, which is quite annoying. I want immediate intervention by the management. Three weeks ago when I called I was quoted $85. However, on September 17th I was quoted $91.99 before taxes for the same services I had in the previous 2 years, but now I realized that they have also removed my online security package. Now they want to increase the price more if I want to keep the online security software. Who is going to listen? Please call me or email me.
Without notice increased my bill to $160 post 2 year contract
Hey everyone, As the tittle suggest, after 2 years of always paying on time etc etc, no notice, no nothing direct $160 bill. I am so disappointed in this company. I am filling a CCTS complain today. Wanted to know how many others have had to deal with such a situation.
