We understand your preference for the Arris VIP5662W boxes — they were a reliable part of our service for many years. However, with the transition to our next-generation Optik TV on TELUS TV+ (Android platform), we’ve moved away from supporting the Arris hardware for new activations. Unfortunately, even if you purchase a second-hand Arris box, we’re no longer able to provision or activate it on new accounts.
That said, we’re always working to improve the TELUS TV+ experience — if you're experiencing issues like picture quality or app glitches, we’d love the opportunity to troubleshoot and help optimize your setup. You can reach us by phone or private message so we can investigate further.
