Call from Technician
I booked a callback for today 1145 MST re my home service issue. I received a confirmation text this am and now 2 hrs later still haven't received a call. Any recommendations on next steps?

Still nothing. And what frustrates me the most is that my initial call was answered and I was on the line with the technician for about an hour and 15 minutes. And because her shift was ending she arranged the call back and I have had no follow-up since. And I still have the issue with my home service so I'm at a loss of next steps.
