Payee Option
What is the payee for Telus Security?
- Thank you for your reply. I did try that, but it requires a 10 digit number and my account number appears to be 9 digits.

Question....Im with Public Mobile and Telus bought Public Mobile ten years ago. My PM account number is 14 digits starting with "0000". To add telus as a payee on my online banking there are only 2 options, 8 digit and 10 digit account numbers. Can I drop the "0000" from my PM account number?

ChristinaB Search for the payee: "TELUS Communications". You will need your account number in order to complete the transaction. I hope this helps!

The 10th digit is visible on the pdf version of your e.bill. Log into your online account, click on the billing tab, then on "download bill".
You'll see your account number in the top left corner (it should be under the account owner's name). The 10th digit will be slightly indented from the 9-digit number.
