Unlimited internet changed to 1000gb
So I have unlimited internet for my wifi but I checked the Telus app and found out in may Telus had switched my internet plan without telling me from unlimited to a 1000gb cap for the exact same pric...

well I would like to know whatever happened to the message I sent in the chatbox, to which I was supposed to get a reply later. anyways, I was charged an extra $45 for going over 1000GB of internet usage but I have never had a limit. The plan I signed up for was always unlimited, so I want an explanation of this, a refund of the $45 as well as compensation for this error.
