No response
I put in a complaint using the online form about the unexplained increase in my bill. It said I should receive a response in 1-2 business days. It has been almost a week now. Will I ever hear back?

It’s been 2 weeks and I have no have a follow up call as promised! What is going on?

I was contacted on Wednesday and told I’d get a follow up call Thursday. Now it’s end of day Friday and no call back.

Retired telus customer service rep. You might of had a discount which has a end date. On your bill it usually states when it starts and ends. There's also on your bill a message area about important things so I usually had people read that while I had them on hold
