What are limits of European Travel Pass?
I currently have a US & Canada Plan, which I want to fully use while I am in Europe. Does the European Travel Pass allow me to text and talk from Scotland to the US and Canada per my current plan? ...

No Still confused. The on-line help person says on thing the website says another.
Can we use our Telus Canada / USA plan to call both countries without incurring extra charges from Scotland while using the European travel easy roam plan?

So to answer your question, calling the US from Scotland will be subject to Pay-Per-Use rates so you will be charged per minute
