Telus Cellular frequently disconnecting on Windows 11
Every time the device sleeps it disconnects from cellular. Sometimes it reconnects mostly it doesn't, and it needs to be restarted to connect again. It says that there is not APN but every time I try to add an APN it says "Mobile data isn't working properly. Try again later." I've been trying for a few weeks.

Hello poolnoodles, are you having this issue everywhere or only in a specific area ? Which device are you currently using ?

It is a city wide issue. The devices are a Cenava W10N, there's four that all have the same issue.

Thanks for the info.
Are you able to put the SIM card into a cellphone or a different device and test that the data works? We're trying to eliminate some variables
