Telus Cellular frequently disconnecting on Windows 11
Every time the device sleeps it disconnects from cellular. Sometimes it reconnects mostly it doesn't, and it needs to be restarted to connect again. It says that there is not APN but every time I try...

It is a city wide issue. The devices are a Cenava W10N, there's four that all have the same issue.

Thanks for the info.
Are you able to put the SIM card into a cellphone or a different device and test that the data works? We're trying to eliminate some variables

Unfortunately the devices use a micro sim and everything else we have uses a nano sim.

Can you try visiting a nearby TELUS store so that they can test the following? 1-Inserting your sim card into another device and testing the connectivity. 2- Inserting their own test sim cards in your device to try to reproduce the issue.
