My phone can’t call or call in. It’s say 7B1 your phone is not activating …..
I can’t call you guys so I don’t know what to do. Thank you

You can try logging in to your My TELUS account to see if there's any past-due payments that may have caused your account from being suspended.

Things to try:
Restart your phone
Toggle Airplane Mode on/off
Reseat you SIM cardHopefully one of those fixes it for you.
