Hi gw2​ to answer your question, we cannot send a PDF over email as it is personal information. As emails can be intercepted, addresses mistyped, and security after delivery cannot be guaranteed, we only offer PDF downloads through My TELUS (telus.com/mytelus).

If you navigate to the billing section, all your bills are there for download.

To answer your second question, your repeated posts triggered the auto-spam on the website so that's why you were unable to create new posts
