Telus App
I have been woth telus 10 years and when I go to the app to check my bill it keeps telling me my first bill hasn't arrived yet??? Plus the payment I'm making aren't being applied?

Have you ensured that you have the most recent updated version of the app? Are you able to log in to see your billing via desktop browser?
