I have been woth telus 10 years and when I go to the app to check my bill it keeps telling me my first bill hasn't arrived yet??? Plus the payment I'm making aren't being applied?

2 years agoHave you ensured that you have the most recent updated version of the app? Are you able to log in to see your billing via desktop browser?
