Phone order being sent to wrong address

I ordered a iPhone 12 XS max and now it’s being sent to the wrong address. Called *611 and they can’t change the delivery address for my phone. I need help with this ASAP

Can you contact someone at the recipient address and arrange a handoff?
It is pretty much impossible to change a delivery address mid-shipment, as there is too much opportunity for fraud.

  I work in northern Alberta and won’t be home for a month. So the phone will be sent back by the time I’m home. No there isn’t I live by myself

    Which carrier delivering the package? Some carriers allow you to authorize delivery to a neighbor in the event you are home.
