Did this ever get resolved? I'm having this exact same issue right now. I auto pay my bills so haven't really paid attention to my bring it back credits after getting a new phone. My husband and I upgraded back in november for the first time online and mailed in the phones (we normally go in store) and I just realized my phone had "heavy wear and tear" listed as well, but my husbands phone (hes a welder for reference) got the full credit back and said his was pristine condition. I am very careful with my phones and always have them in a case, so i'm baffled. Just wondering if there was every a resolution?

Hi muellyswelding - it's possible that the return of your device was a trade-in rather than a bring-it-back return. We can reach out to you for assistance. Please look for a message from us in your inbox

I am having this exact issue now. My phone was in great condition and all buttons worked and everything was in good shape. Last week there were no photos of missing parts or buttons not working and apparently there are photos now. I would like to see said photos as my phone was working just fine when i returned it. If they're going to screw me out of $400+ I might as well just pay for the whole phone. Crooks.
