Re: Bring it back assessment inaccurate

*Warning: Beware of Telus Business Solutions Scam (Nov 2024)*

After 34 years of loyalty, I'm severing ties with Telus due to a devastating experience.

On  Mr. John Paul from the Philippines, claiming to represent Telus Business Solutions, contacted me with an enticing offer:

2 cell plans ($85/mo) for $50/mo iPhone 16 and refurbished iPhone 13 ($115/mo) for $50/mo

Despite requesting written details, Mr. Paul processed the order without consent. I received agreements stating:

- Hardware shipment (costing over $700 in taxes)

- Contracts requiring a $2200 buyout to cancel

Additionally:

 Telus removed my $20/mo discount (4 phones x $5/mo)

Charged $70/connection for each phone (despite using existing SIM cards)

Despite escalating to supervisors and client retention, my concerns were dismissed.

*DO NOT TAKE CALLS FROM "TELUS BUSINESS" - IT'S A SCAM*

These commission-driven representatives prioritize sales over customer loyalty.

Telus, you've lost a 34-year customer and the associated revenue ($400/mo). I'll take my business elsewhere.

*BEWARE, TELUS CUSTOMERS!*

I'm taking my case to the media and CRTC
