Phone won't connect to network

Woke up this morning to discover that my phone won't connect to the network - full bars with an exclamation mark.

Soft and hard resets haven't work. Pixel 10 has a "reset internet" function on the connections page, tried that.

Is my literal next step factory reset before I try and return it?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
