Billing Discrepancies & Customer Service Concerns

I have been a loyal Telus member for many years now.  Moved over when they came to my door offering gift cards.  At first it was refreshing, service was great as Telus was known for solving problems better than their competition.  

Now? total change in the worst way.  I have to keep chasing my monthly charges as they are gouging me contrary to what we agreed on.  The phone wait times are excruciatingly disrespectful for loyalty member time waiting. 

Telus explains that they are saving on costs when we pay the highest fees.  Right now it took 1 hour to get through to someone in El salvador and their dog is barking in the background. 

I pay Canadian prices and I am not getting Canadian service.  I will be changing over. 

 

Just got disconnected from the El Salvador team member.  This is what happens when we give our Canadian jobs to other countries all in the name of PROFIT.

      Take a closer look? all your services are automated without the ability to speak to a real live team member that actually cares.  They now care more about keeping their jobs, but I can see that switching to all overseas hiring will be the downfall for Telus.  You want me to call back and wait on hold?  Right now a callback is scheduled for October.
