Take a closer look? all your services are automated without the ability to speak to a real live team member that actually cares. They now care more about keeping their jobs, but I can see that switching to all overseas hiring will be the downfall for Telus. You want me to call back and wait on hold? Right now a callback is scheduled for October.

I am speaking to them on PM, they reached out but did not answer after I responded. I have never seen Telus customer service this bad.
