Unable to change the voice mail language

Hi,

I am a new customer from Quebec. I try to set up the  greeting message for my voice mail. I realized that I couldn't do it because the default language is in French, for which I don't really understand and follow. The provided instruction in Telus's website also need to call my mailbox and follow the French instruction.......

I am wondering if anyone may help me for this. Thanks.
