Stop getting alerts when travelling to other countires
Hi, I travel between Canada and the US every day for work and am constantly getting messages like “welcome back to Canada!” etc. Hoping for a way to turn off text messages from Telus each time I change countries, without just blocking the number (I still like to get texted my bill at the end of the month).

It also happens when you are in the US for a longer period of time. This past winter, my wife's phone would get that message frequently and we NEVER returned to Canada. It could also happen when the roaming switches carriers. It is annoying.

As these are sent automatically by the system upon returning and pinging a tower back in Canada, it's not something that can be turned off.
