Can account manager pay mobility bill for all lines on account
I am the account owner, after i make someone on my account the manager, will they be able to pay the bill?

- As mentioned, anyone with the account number can pay the bill. Every year, I drop by a Telus store to pay my friends cell bill for the month of their birthday as a birthday gift to them.

Arguably, anyone with the account number can pay the bill through Online Banking.
Anyone with the account number can pay the bill using any bank.
