This is precisely the problem: after I click “manage internet plan” from My Telus, it redirects me to the page in my subject: https://order.fibre.telus.com/web/guest/my_account. This is the issue. I am trying to manage my plan the normal, correct way and being redirected to an odd page. This is the webpage that loads when I select that I would like to "manage my Internet plan" in the Telus Account area. This has never worked correctly. Note that it says "You have no active services." which is odd, because I have gigabit Telus PureFibre. When I click "Order now" I get the other page I posted, just prompting me for value added services but nothing about an existing internet package. I have removed my personal information. The address showing at the top does not include my apartment number, so I wonder if this has something to do with it. My contact information is correct on all Telus profiles related to my account as far as I can tell. I have this trouble on Safari/Chrome/MS Edge so before I get told to try a different browser, believe me, I have. Any ideas?3.4KViews1like3Comments
