This is the webpage that loads when I select that I would like to "manage my Internet plan" in the Telus Account area. This has never worked correctly. Note that it says "You have no active services." which is odd, because I have gigabit Telus PureFibre. When I click "Order now" I get the other page I posted, just prompting me for value added services but nothing about an existing internet package.
I have removed my personal information. The address showing at the top does not include my apartment number, so I wonder if this has something to do with it. My contact information is correct on all Telus profiles related to my account as far as I can tell.
I have this trouble on Safari/Chrome/MS Edge so before I get told to try a different browser, believe me, I have.
Any ideas?

You should be logging into My Telus and then go to Internet to manage your account/internet. Based on the link it looks like you are getting taken to a guest access page.

Strange indeed. As a possible workaround login to your Telus account and then try this link while logged in:
