Can you provide us with your app version, and
a) does it happen on VOD, live TV, recordings, only some channels, etc?
b) Does the sound fade in and out or just goes down and stays down
c) how often is this happening? Is it after the box has been on for a certain period of time?
d) does restarting the box fix the issue (even temporarily)?

Only CBC is cutting out. All other channels are fine. The sound is stuttering.

Thanks for reaching out! If only CBC is experiencing issues while other channels are working fine, it may be a signal-related issue with the channel itself. Try rebooting your TELUS TV box and router to see if that helps. If the issue persists, let us know.

sound cutting out has to do with surround sound. you have it turned on but CBC does not. At least for me switching that setting found a workable sound, Your TV, like mine also has this switch, so it gets interesting finding a universal setting for all channels.
