Why is the picture freezing and glitching on HD Chanel’s?

Are you seeing this on all HD channels or just certain ones? Have you tried rebooting your equipment to see if that resolves the issue?

I would consider upgrading my system. I would still want to be able to take one of my receivers with in my RV. I have a Wineguard Carryout that only supports Telus or Bell. Can you give me options?

Our TV service is not supported outside of the home through set-top boxes. However, you can use the TELUS TV+ app, but only within Canada.

I have noticed it occasionally on TSN.  Where it happens constantly is watching the AppleTV+ app through the TelusTV box wired to my internet.  It is unwatchable.  When I watch AppleTV+ through the app on my Samsung TV via wifi it is perfect so I am guessing the TelusTV box doesn't have the horsepower.  Most other apps on the TelusTV box are ok, just not AppleTV+.

Hello Bart59, can you try to "force turn off" the AppleTV+ app on the TELUSTV box? Are you aware if an update is available for this application? Were you able to contact our support team in regards to this issue?

I downloaded the app very recently so pretty sure it is up to date. How do I 'force turn off' the app?

If it's possible, it would be in the setting section but I'm not sure if it's possible and I don't have a TELUSTV box to test it.
