Linking Slim 2 controller to LG Tv
The connection between my Slim 2 Telus Controller and the TV suddenly quit working. Cannot turn on/off TV, change channels, control volume... Nothing! I have be through the instructions 4 or 5 time...

Official Support TeamThat could be the reason, and there's always the possibility that you need a replacement remote as well. You could always reach out to our Home Services team to inquire about that.
Thanks, I do have a new one, never used.
The other evening, the one I was using was working fine, no problems or issues with it. I turned the TV off and went to bed. The next morning it would not turn on the TV. I used the LG controller to turn it on and tried the Slim 2 to change channels. Change volume etc....no response of any sort with it.
The new Slim 2 won't connect.
