We were with Vivint Security for almost ten years then were informed that Telus now owned the company; we moved from British Columbia to Ontario and had the system reinstalled under Telus. We continued to have problems with the payment going to the wrong account that was previously linked up with Vivint. After two payments went to the wrong account Telus Security sent me a notice to pay for the security system in FULL within 30 days. When calling to figure out what was going on they would only route the call to their billing department and stated that they couldn't help me with the issue as it was already in progress for cancellation. There was no notice in the mail and no calls to fix this issue. Within two weeks of this cancellation, they had already transferred my account over to a collections agency. Now they want me to pay a full balance of over 2500$ for a system with a missed payment amount of 188$. To say the least, I would look elsewhere.
