Indoor camera v522 has no sound

No sound when viewing or recording. Also no two way audio option on the app. Please advise. Thank you

Hey @Marites - you could try rebooting the camera or remove it from your system and re-add it

Did it work?  I'm having the same issue with my newly installed V523X indoor camera.  Can't see the option to enable 2-way speaker/audio or having motion triggered video alerts!

To resolve the issue, here are a couple of steps to try:

- Ensure that the camera is properly connected to your Telus Smart Home app. You should be able to find the 2-way audio feature in the camera settings, under the "Audio" section. If it's not visible, check that the app is up-to-date and try reinstalling it.

- Go to the settings for the camera in the app, look for "Motion Detection" or "Alerts", and make sure it's turned on. You may also need to adjust the sensitivity for motion detection if it’s not picking up events.
