Scam?

Mishcakes
Just Moved In

I got a phone call this morning +15199795556, it's a local Windsor number and the Indian guy on the phone said they're offering a 40% off discount on my bill and asked if I was interested. When I said no I don't want to change my phone he sounds like he's talking to someone next to him in his native language and was laughing so I just hung up. They said they're from telus loyalty department? Is this another scam?

Yes, that one would be a scam.
