Hi me and my wife updated or security system last year from telus, when it was installed the door camera stopped working a few hours after the technician left, we have complained about paying for a service we were not getting the full benefits from and they never fixed it, my wife put some money on the bill and was short by like $30 for one month next thing we realized our service was cut i contacted telus they said they sent me an email but when I checked it was in the junk mail. We have been paying for this service not knowing we were canceled and the camera never worked, and to make things worse some company called Telekom law has all my information and when I called telus they said General credit holds the account. Something is up i called General credit and they said something is weird with my account and I shouldn't of been canceled and nobody at telus can give me answers. Who is Telekom law? It seems like a scam.
