Door lock
Door lock keep sending low battery and resolved low battery messages every 15 minutes! Did a factory reset , changed the batteries but still the same!

Hello User99999, the customer never responded to our private message so we were not able to access his account and find more information. Were you able to contact our security team to have them look into this with you ? Which troubleshooting steps have you done so far ?
