No audio on 1 security camera

Hello, for the last 2.25 years we've had an issue where the audio from one of our indoor cameras doesn't work consistently, or at the moment at all.
We've had Telus out three times to either replace the camera or work on it, and the latest tech hardwired an ethernet connection to the camera as, he said it didn't have a strong enough signal. Our speed tests are amazing, and the camera in our living room has sound all the time an absolutely no issues.
Previously I've been able to power cycle the camera and get audio back for a day or two, but as of Sunday, we haven't been able to get anything to work. I've reset the modem and wifi access point(even though it's hardwired), played with all the settings on the website, and nothing works.

Anyone else have an issue like this?

Did you manage to fix this?. Whenever i try to talk on the 2 way camera the audio cuts out less then a second in
