Hey, yes, you can change the entry and exit delay times on your Telus SmartHome security system. Here's how you can do it:
- Log into your Telus SmartHome app or web portal.
- Go to Settings.
- Find the Security System or System Settings section.
- Look for Entry/Exit Delays.
- Adjust the times for both entry and exit delays based on your preference.
If you're unable to find these options in the app, you might need to contact tech support for help, as some features may require additional setup or permissions depending on your system configuration.

This worked for me. Using the Telus Smarthome App look for the Security System on the Home screen. Find right arrow symbol > (the greater than math symbol). Touch it to see next Security System screen. Find gear symbol at top right. Touch it to see Security Systems Settings. First item on the list is Alarm Delay Settings. Touch it to find Entry and Exit Delay Times. Change your times then Save changes. Finally done!

I wrote a long reply explaining that your Telus instructions are not correct. When I hit submit it disappeared and required me to Login. So frustrating.
