I cancelled my camera and returned it over 5 months ago. I am still being charged. Called Telus 4 times and they always tell me it has been cancelled and they will email me my confirmation. Still getting bills. My advice for anyone wanting to sign up with Telus security - DON’T!! Once your contract is up and you have cancelled it and returned your equipment, you will continue to be billed for it. No one will follow through and it will be a nightmare getting anyone there to do their job. I now have to call for the 5th time to get credit back for services cancelled over and over again! After being a 15 plus year customer it is obviously time to search for a new provider for all services.
