I called to get my cameras replaced (which the wires to my outdoor cameras were cut by accident during renos) and ended up being roped into new equipment ie. smoke detector, panel, glassbreak etc.
My understanding was that new cameras were going to be sent also since thats what my original call was about...
Package arrived with no cameras... Ive called numerous times with each representative saying that they had messaged the original loyalty representative *Jan* about the issue... 2 weeks have past and still no follow up.
Anyone else have issues like this? I want to call again but im not wasting 45 mins to an hour to get the same runaround
