With the new tv+ web browser page I don't see any way, no button etc., to record shows from the guide. Thankfully the phone app still works. There is some rudimentary help available off the Settings page but it does not cover how to record and its links for more detailed help take you to the old Optik help.

There is some maintenance happening on the telustvplus.com site and recordings management (the ability to set, delete and manage recordings) is temporarily unavailable. https://www.telus.com/en/support/article/telus-tvplus-on-your-browser
As you've discovered, you can still manage your recordings on the Optik TV mobile and tvOS apps as well as on your PVR and Digital Boxes.

Hi @Pogi, if you are still experiencing recording issues with TV+ browser, it is likely your account setting need to be reviewed and adjusted on the backend. You can reach out to TELUS Twitter Support and DM your account info to have them resync your account, or you can use the chat box on the bottom right page and ask for an agent to have your account escalated to the backend team for review.
