HI,
I Have noticed some issues with my PVR 4k recently,i have missing recordings or recordings that show full time but only play 2 minutes and recently a recording that froze part way through that would not rewind or fast forward.i have unplugged the box and also restarted it and it seems to work normally for a time,i am thinking of getting a replacement but i do not want to lose my 80 plus recordings? does Telus retain those in a cloud? any suggestions or ideas appreciated! HI,
Thanks my pvr now seems to have completely died over the weekend,after restarts,unplugging and rebooting the modem all i get is a black screen with a large red X in the middle of the screen with the number 1 below it? how can i go about getting a replacement? i would appreciate your assistance Thanks Anthony Plowden

Hey @mapp68681 - it depends what version of our Optik platform you have, our old offering had a localized hard drive so your recordings were on-device. Now it is a cloud service.

HI,

I Got a call from Telus yesterday they confirmed that my modem is faulty not the pvr! a service person should be here today to replace it! Thank you for your assistance,regards mapp68681
