Unable to restart MSNBC shows

I am trying to restart and watch a couple of MSNBC shows. However, I keep getting an error message asking me to try again later. The channel is working fine live, and I can restart other shows from different channels. 

Anyone have any insight into this? I am wondering if MSNBC shows cannot be watched after they air live, which seems silly, seeing as they are listed as rewatchable for at least twenty-four hours.

This is a random problem I have experienced. One day works, next it does not on same channel, same time of day.

It seems ever time they change a 1 to 0 to fix one problem, a new one is created.
